Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Church in Weston is holding the "Hearts Afire Gala" on February 11, 2012 at Weston Hills Country Club. We are raising funds to support our operations expenses enabling us to proceed with the construction of our long awaited House of Prayer located on South Post Rd. Groundbreaking is scheduled for this spring and soon we will be able to hold church services, provide religious education to adults and children as well as hold other activities vital to our parish and community.

We are currently located in the Weston Commercial Center at 2700 Glades Circle Suite 200. We hold services there, but as the rent prices keep rising, (we now pay over $20,000 per month) we feel an urgent need to have our own facilities to continue worship. Our plans and property location for a permanent House of Worship has been in the works since we founded our Parish in 2001.

Tickets to the Hearts Afire Gala are $105.00 per person and we will have a Dinner/Dance with a Silent and Live auction plus a 50/50 Raffle. Donation includes Live entertainment, open bar and a 4-course dinner.
