We strive to promote a personal encounter and reconciliation of believers with Jesus Christ, resulting in a fuller participation in the life of the Church.		Buscamos fomentar un acercamiento y encuentro personal de los feligreses con Jesucristo que resulte en una participación más plena en la vida de la Iglesia.
Our Mission		La Misión
To promote a personal encounter and reconciliation of believers with Jesus Christ by means of a three day spiritual retreat based on the reading of the Gospel according to St. Luke 24:13-35. Whereby, through the use of talks, dynamics, prayer, meditations, music and fellowship the participants will be able to experience a reconciliation and personal encounter with the Lord Jesus. This experience should result in a greater acceptance and participation of the believers in the life of the Church. This will result in a closer collaboration in the different parish ministries: Cell Ministry; Eucharistic Ministry; Lectors; CCD; Children's Sunday Mass Ministry, Respect for Life and others. To sustain the union and for the ongoing support of the participants, the ministry provides monthly meetings of religious and spiritual formation, where the topics and presentations help to grow and strengthen the faith. This formation program, together with the different apostolic works, whether communitarian or individual, along with prayer, form the pillars on which the Emmaus ministry of St. Katharine Drexel is founded.		Fomentar un acercamiento y encuentro personal de los feligreses con Jesucristo a través de un retiro espiritual de tres días basado en la lectura del Evangelio de San Lucas 24:13-34. Donde, por medio de dinámicas, charlas, oraciones, meditaciones, música, y convivencia los caminantes puedan experimentar un acercamiento y encuentro personal con el Seňor Jesús. Esta experiencia debe resultar en un acogimiento de y participación más plena de los feligreses en la vida de la Iglesia. Resultando en una colaboración más estrecha en los diferentes ministerios de la parroquia: el ministerio de células; ministerio de la eucaristía; lectores; catecismo; ministerio para niňos en la misa dominical; respeto a la vida y otros. Para mantener la unión y el apoyo continuo de los caminantes, el ministerio se sirve de reuniones mensuales de formación, donde los temas y presentaciones ayudan al crecimiento y solidez de la fé. Este programa de formación, junto con las diferentes obras de apostolado comunitario e individual, más la oración son los pilares que forman el ministerio de Emaús en St. Katharine Drexel.
